2. Can you give me briefly about audio kollaps’s history?
Björn: Formed in 1998 after Recharge split up. 3 people from Recharge and a new singer. We wanted to perform more extreme music than before.

Andreas K.: Being nerved by the environment I think.
Jens: Like the name promises.
5. Can you tell me what do you think about the Malaysian Scene?
Andreas K.: Isn´t this punk/hc thing “halal” to the Islam at all? I really don´t know much about your scene. Have you got a fanzine? Send one.
Jens: No I can not because I don't know anything about your scene.
Björn: I heard that you have a massive tape distribution in your country and that gigs sometimes start very early with lots of bands. Also that you have a very diverse scene with lots of small groups.
6. What is punk according to audio kollaps?
Andreas K.: Punk ist KRANK!
Jens: Being anti Establishment.
Björn: Think for yourself and listen to punk music.

8. Why do you called yourselves audio kollaps?
Andreas K.: I ask myself the same question.
Jens: Because the meaning of the name is the same in English as in German language and because it descibes the kind of music we make.
9. can you give me a briefly report about your scene?
Björn: We live in a city called Hannover, it´s near Hamburg. The punk scene was quite big in the 1980´s, we had big punk meetings called “Chaos Days” where punks from other cities and other countries met to drink and have fun. Nowadays there are a variety of punk styles since there is also a variety of punk music. We also have some youth clubs and alternative centres where gigs can be organized.

Björn: Kids unite! Oi! Oi! Oi!
13. Can you tell me your opinion about these issues-
-War by the Americans
Andreas K.: US now a superpower. China is the next superpower. Beware! US armed forces are going to the limits on the military side.
Jens: Absolutly illegal. A crime against humanity according to international law. They will probably pay for it in future. The war is exteme expensive and they are not able to save/steal the oil they started the war for. The day will come and they will be nearly bankrupt without getting the goals of the war. I hope so.
- police brutality
Andreas K.: It would be better to elect the cops in our neighbourhoods. I would vote for my uncle Harry.
Jens: fight back if possible.
- Anarcho punks
Jens: It seems like you have a differenciation of chaos and anarcho punks that I don't know. So please understand that I don't want to answer this question. I don't want to disrespect any Punks because I misunderstand this differenciation.
- fanzines
Jens: there are good ones, there are bad ones.
- chaos punks
Andreas K.: See question number 5.
Jens: See answer about anarcho punks.
- World Trade Organization
Andreas K.: Monstrosity
Jens: A (to my opinion criminal) organization to represent the Western interests in the world and to control the poor countries.
- Major labels
Andreas K.: Major rip off.
Björn: Sometimes bands get a better deal with majors than with pseudo diy labels. It´s up to every band to decide on this. I wouldn´t have a problem being broadcasted on MTV, because it´s still our music and our lyrics. Why perform only for a small scene that knows nearly everything anyway. When punk started most of the bands were on major labels and no one gave a damn.
Jens: Many good bands are on a major labels. And we live in 21st century: You can burn on CD what you want and what you can not pay.
- anarchism
Andreas K.: Utopic.
Jens: A nice thing in theory..
